About Us

The Before

Three years old. That’s when my world changed. The diagnosis came in a quiet doctor’s office. Special needs. Developmental delay. Sensory issues. The words blurred together, but the meaning was clear: my son was different, and I had no idea how to help him. I wasn’t prepared for this. Nobody is. I went into overdrive. Therapist after therapist. Specialist after specialist. Each one giving me different advice. Each one working in their own silo. Each one telling me I needed to do more, try harder, be better. I was drowning.

The Turning Point

But here’s what I learned in those dark months: The system was broken, not me. And not my son. I realized that if I wanted real change, I had to create it myself.

THE JOURNEY

Before Divyansh’s diagnosis, I was a graphic designer. Then I became a serial entrepreneur, building businesses from scratch. I learned systems thinking, resilience, problem-solving. I learned how to listen to the market and create solutions. But none of that prepared me for motherhood of a special needs child. And yet, all of it did.

The Creation of Brio Kids

I took everything I’d learned—about building systems, about listening to real problems, about creating solutions that actually work—and I applied it to special needs care. I created Brio Kids: a revolutionary neuro-developmental ecosystem where the Briio Method could be implemented at scale. And it worked. 30+ children are thriving. Families are transforming. The model is proven.

The Bigger Vision

But I realized something: Brio Kids could only reach families in Bhubaneswar. The need was so much bigger. Families across India—across the world—were struggling with the same fragmented system I’d experienced. So I created Trail to Triumph: a way to bring this integrated, ecosystem-based approach to families everywhere.

Professional Credentials

But Here's My Real Credential

I’ve felt the panic. The confusion. The isolation. The desperate search for answers. I’ve lived the Briio Method. I’ve seen it transform my son. I’ve seen it transform families at Brio Kids. I’ve coached 100+ families through their own transformations. I don’t teach theory. I teach what I know works.

MY MISSION

My mission is simple: Empower 10,000 families from fear to hope, from isolation to community, from struggle to strength. Not because I’m trying to build a big business. But because I can’t forget what it felt like to be lost. And I can’t stand by while other families experience that same pain. Every parent deserves to feel empowered. Every child deserves to be seen for their strengths. Every family deserves community and support.
